Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is to establish a NMSO for government departments, agencies, Crown corporations, and organizations participating in the Canadian Collaborative Procurement Initiative (CCPI). PSPC buyers such as Real Property, GCSurplus, and Heritage Conservation demonstrated their interest, as well as non-CCPI buyers such as the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Health Canada, andEnvironment and Climate Change Canada.
