What do we buy
Public Safety Canada is to establish a NMSO for drug screening equipment (roadside oral-fluid screening devices) for the use of federal identified users and interested Canadian Collaborative Procurement Initiative (CCPI) identified users. This is in support of the new proposed legislation concerning the implementation of the legalization of cannabis in Canada.
How do we buy
- Federal identified users can issue call-ups up to $40K (including applicable taxes). PV division may, at its discretion, exceed the individual call-up limitation
- CCPI identified users can issue call-ups up to its financial limitation. The financial limitation must be provided by the CCPI identified user issuing the call-up
