What do we buy
- This National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) is for the provision of graphic design services for any government department, agency or Crown corporation listed in Schedules I, I.1, II, and III of the Financial Administration Act, R.S., 1985, c. F-11 and any other identified users added to the standing offer through amendment. This may include Provinces, Territorial Governments.
- The services may include printed and imprinted design, digital design, and exhibit and display design and will be provided on an "as and when requested" basis.
How do we buy
- The NMSO provides a structured approach for procuring specific graphic design services including printed and imprinted design, digital design, and exhibit and display design and their related sub services such as creative and/or art direction, project management, design rendering, creative illustration, typography/text layout/lettering, inscriptions/calligraphy, layout and production, user interface (UI) design.
- The standing offer period is for the initial period, with two additional two year option periods.
- Client departments can issue call-ups up to $25K. The tool is not authorized for use above that amount.
- The responsibility for offeror selection for any specific call-up lies solely with the identified user.
- There are currently 43 offerors that may provide service to Canada.

- Includes list of offerors who qualify for set-aside under Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB).
- Offerors provided environmental plans in place as part of the qualification process.
- Facilitates opportunities for small, medium and niche suppliers to do business with the Government of Canada and gain experience for projects with previous experience requirements.
