- This procurement tool is used for bus rental without operator and bus charter with operator services including various sized highway-style cruisers and school or activity-style buses.
- Identified users authorized to make call-ups against the standing offer include any government department, agency or Crown corporation listed in Schedules I, I.1, II, III, of the Financial Administration Act, R.S., 1985, c. F-11 for delivery of services located in Canada and the United States, originating in British Columbia.

Value / Savings / Considerations
- For each type of bus offered, prices are outlined for price per kilometer (live and deadhead); firm hourly rate; minimum daily charge; overtime rate per hour, if applicable; and cancellation charge. The following pricing is also included: drop-off and pick-up charge for daily rentals, nightly charge per driver for overnight accommodation expenses.
- Highway tolls, bridge tolls, ferry fares and parking fees are extra to the standing offer pricing and chargeable to Canada at cost, substantiated with receipts.
