Required Services
The required services may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Prepares new work descriptions
- Revisions to existing work descriptions
- Evaluation of work descriptions
- Prepares new work descriptions, which includes an interview(s), up to third draft if necessary, to the point where the description(s) can be classified
- Revises existing work description(s), which includes an interview(s), to the point where the description(s) can be classified
- Evaluation of work descriptions

Required Services
The required services may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Classification committees
- Classification grievance committees
- Advice and guidance on classification issues, such as policies, practices, tools and other types of support services
- Participates as a rating member and (or) chairs an Executive Group (EX) classification committee and (or) prepares the evaluation rationale and (or) written justification, when required
- Participates and (or) chairs Executive Group (EX) grievance committees and (or) prepares the grievance report and (or) written justification, when required
- Provides classification advice and guidance in areas of EX classification using the Executive Group Evaluation Plan
Current Classification Standards (other than Executive Group Evaluation Plan) Work Description Writing
Required Services
The required services may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Prepares new work description writing in client department prescribed format(s)
- Revisions to existing work descriptions
- Evaluation of work descriptions
- Prepares new work descriptions in client department prescribed format with interview(s) up to third draft if necessary, to the point where the description(s) can be classified; and
- Revises existing work descriptions in client department prescribed format with interview(s) to the point where the description(s) can be classified
- Evaluation of work descriptions

Required Services
The required services may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Classification committees
- Classification grievance committees
- Advice and guidance on classification issues, such as policies, practices, tools and other types of support services
- Participates as a rating member and (or) chairs a classification committee and (or) prepares the evaluation rationale and (or) written justification, when required
- Participates and (or) chairs grievance committees and (or) prepares the grievance report and (or) written justification, when required
- Provides classification advice and guidance in areas of classification using Public Service classification standards other than Executive Group Evaluation Plan, such as policies, practices, tools and other types of support services
Organizational Design
Required Services
The required services may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Perform organizational, job activities and (or) responsibilities analysis
- Review existing work descriptions and (or) identify need to create new position(s) or Revise existing position(s) and recommend appropriate changes if necessary
- Prepare organizational change proposal report and (or) implementation plan
- Advice and guidance on organization and classification issues, such as policies, practices, tools and other types of support services
- Performs organizational, job activities and (or) responsibilities analysis by identifying organizational options and associated pro's and con's for each option
- Reviews existing work descriptions and recommends appropriate changes to reflect the new organizational structure
- Identifies the need to create new positions and recommends appropriate duties and responsibilities
- Prepares organizational change proposal report and (or) justification that supports the proposed organizational changes which may include an implementation plan
- Provides advice and guidance on organizational and classification issues, such as policies, practices, tools and other types of support services
