Centralized professional services enrolment for Federal departments

Federal Department Users who are interested in obtaining a Centralized Professional Services System (CPSS) ePortal account must first complete the on-line CPSS enrolment form and submit it electronically through the CPSS ePortal.

The Federal Department User's supervisor, who is identified in the on-line enrolment form, will be contacted for confirmation that the request is from a Federal Department employee. The Senior Designated Official (SDO) for the management of procurement within the user’s department will also be contacted to approve the requestor’s access.

Once the on-line CPSS Enrolment Form has been received by Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), the Federal Department User will be contacted with instructions on how to complete PSPC's online training for federal department users courses, available at Percipio.

Upon completion of the training the Federal Department User must inform the CPSS Team via email: tpsgc.sspc-cpss.pwgsc@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca. When reviewed, a user ID and password will be provided to the federal department user electronically by PSPC in order to access the CPSS ePortal.

Please note that all individuals requesting training must be a Government of Canada employee. No training will be offered to consultants, contractors or temporary help resources.
