Comments	The purpose of this contract relates to the existing maintenance compound at Rogers Pass, BC, and several infrastructure upgrades that are required.There are drainage and grading issues that require resolution to ensure proper site drainage and protection of the adjacent Rogers Creek. The water supply system requires some alterations to connect to a new well source to reduce operating costs. Amendments are due to the following: 1. Resurfacing of the driving surface to promote stormwater drainage including multiple detention facilities and culverts to ensure proper site drainage and protection of the adjacent Rogers Creek. 2. Replacement of the existing fuel storage and dispensing facilities 3. Replacement of the sanitary sewer pipe network 4. Extension upgrades to the water treatment plant.
